Step Stage Details & Specifications
01 Request for Information & Price Quote Please send us your requirements via WhatsApp. We will provide you with a detailed quote, including specifications, price (FOB), and sample availability, within 24 hours.
02 Sample Testing We ship samples weighing up to 5 kg via Post office (delivery takes 5–7 days), with the shipping costs to be covered by the tester (payment to be sent via Western Union). Test the quality and performance. If you are satisfied, proceed with signing the contract and paying a 50% deposit.
03 Production & Quality Control Production begins (2–3 weeks for container orders). Quality control inspections are conducted. Laboratory test reports are prepared. Photos and videos are sent for approval prior to shipment.
04 Payment & Shipping A 50% down payment is required before the container is sealed. The initial shipment can be arranged to either the Port of Tanjung Emas in Semarang or the Port of Tanjung Perak in Surabaya.

Is it possible to visit your factory?
Of course! Our coconut charcoal factory in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is happy to welcome visitors. If you’re interested in seeing our production process, please let us know your estimated arrival date and time.
In addition, we’d be happy to help you arrange paid accommodations in Yogyakarta, with the costs covered by the visitor.
In fact, most of our first time buyers always visit our factory before placing an order with us. It’s a great opportunity to visit us, meet our team, observe the production process, and inspect the quality of our charcoal.

Can you make hookah charcoal under my brand name?
Yes, we offer OEM manufacturing services and can produce coconut charcoal briquettes under your brand and design.
All of our coconut charcoal is produced under our customers brands. Simply send us your packaging design, and we’ll handle the printing for you.
Please note that we do not handle the design process ourselves.

What are your payment terms?
We accept payments via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our company’s bank account in Indonesia.
We do not accept payments via Western Union, PayPal (except for sample payments), or other non-bank payment methods.

What is your production capacity?
Our coconut charcoal briquette production capacity is 10 metric tons per day or 300 metric tons per month
We can produce and supply hookah charcoal for a 20-foot container (18 metric tons) in just 10 days, and for a 40-foot container (25 metric tons) in just 14 days, including the grinding, mixing, production, and packaging into inner plastic bags. Please note that printing the packaging may take 2–3 weeks.

How do I place an order?
To order large quantities of coconut charcoal briquettes for hookahs, first select the charcoal specifications that meet your needs.

Please note: we only process transactions under FOB Incoterms.
50% Down Payment (DP): before production begins, after the pro forma invoice is issued.
50% Full Payment (FP): after production and packing are complete, before shipping.

We offer free samples that will be shipped via repack.id to ensure product quality. However, please note that the shipping costs for the sample products will be borne by the tester, and payment can be sent via Western Union.
